Description
These love Oreo pops are sweet, festive, and super easy to make. Oreos are dipped in chocolate, decorated with heart-themed sprinkles, and served on a stick for a fun, no-bake treat perfect for Valentine’s Day or gifting.
Ingredients
- 12 Oreo cookies (original or flavored)
- 1 cup candy melts or chocolate chips (white, milk, or dark)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
- 12 lollipop sticks or paper straws
- Valentine’s sprinkles, heart-shaped candies, or colored sugar
- Parchment paper
Instructions
- Carefully twist apart each Oreo and press a lollipop stick gently into the cream center.
- Add a small amount of melted chocolate inside and press the cookie halves back together. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to set.
- Melt candy melts or chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each Oreo into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
- Decorate immediately with sprinkles, heart candies, or colored sugar.
- Place the decorated pops on parchment paper and let them set completely at room temperature or in the fridge.
- Once hardened, serve or package for gifting.
Notes
- Double-stuffed Oreos work best for holding sticks, but regular ones can be used with extra chocolate to seal.
- Red or pink candy melts enhance the Valentine’s theme.
- Dip only half of the Oreo for a chic look, or drizzle contrasting chocolate for a more elegant design.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for longer freshness.
- These also freeze well — thaw before serving.
