Description

These love Oreo pops are sweet, festive, and super easy to make. Oreos are dipped in chocolate, decorated with heart-themed sprinkles, and served on a stick for a fun, no-bake treat perfect for Valentine’s Day or gifting.

Ingredients

  • 12 Oreo cookies (original or flavored)
  • 1 cup candy melts or chocolate chips (white, milk, or dark)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
  • 12 lollipop sticks or paper straws
  • Valentine’s sprinkles, heart-shaped candies, or colored sugar
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Carefully twist apart each Oreo and press a lollipop stick gently into the cream center.
  2. Add a small amount of melted chocolate inside and press the cookie halves back together. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to set.
  3. Melt candy melts or chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
  4. Dip each Oreo into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
  5. Decorate immediately with sprinkles, heart candies, or colored sugar.
  6. Place the decorated pops on parchment paper and let them set completely at room temperature or in the fridge.
  7. Once hardened, serve or package for gifting.

Notes

  • Double-stuffed Oreos work best for holding sticks, but regular ones can be used with extra chocolate to seal.
  • Red or pink candy melts enhance the Valentine’s theme.
  • Dip only half of the Oreo for a chic look, or drizzle contrasting chocolate for a more elegant design.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for longer freshness.
  • These also freeze well — thaw before serving.
