Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 250g ground beef or sliced beef
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a pan, cook the beef with garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until fully cooked and well seasoned.
  3. Sauté or blanch the carrots, spinach, and zucchini separately to maintain their color and texture.
  4. Fry the eggs to your preferred doneness.
  5. Assemble the bowl by placing rice at the base.
  6. Arrange the cooked beef and vegetables over the rice.
  7. Place a fried egg in the center.
  8. Drizzle with gochujang and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  9. Mix everything together before eating.
