Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 250g ground beef or sliced beef
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
