Instructions
- Place the mascarpone cheese in a mixing bowl and gently soften it using a spatula.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the powdered sweetener, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract to the mascarpone and mix until smooth and creamy.
