Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared tray.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- In a small pan, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Cook briefly until fragrant, then remove from heat.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese to create the sauce.
- Toss the hot wings in the garlic parmesan mixture until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, ensure the wings are completely dry before seasoning.
- Avoid overcrowding the tray to allow proper air circulation.
- Add lemon juice for a fresh, tangy flavor.
- Use chili flakes or hot sauce for a spicy variation.
- Freshly grated Parmesan provides better flavor than pre-grated.
