Description

Juicy and tender steak bites seared to perfection and coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, creating a quick and flavorful dish perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 500g steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat until very hot.
  3. Add the steak pieces in a single layer without overcrowding the pan.
  4. Sear for 2–3 minutes, turning to brown all sides evenly.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic.
  6. Stir well to coat the steak in the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant and the steak reaches desired doneness.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and remove from heat.
  9. Serve immediately.
