Ingredients
- 500g steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat until very hot.
- Add the steak pieces in a single layer without overcrowding the pan.
- Sear for 2–3 minutes, turning to brown all sides evenly.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic.
- Stir well to coat the steak in the garlic butter sauce.
