Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can or batch cinnamon roll dough
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp milk or cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a skillet.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, stirring until it turns golden brown and develops a nutty aroma.
  3. Cut the cinnamon roll dough into pieces and arrange them evenly in the skillet.
  4. Pour the brown butter over the dough pieces.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar and ground cinnamon evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked in the center.
  7. In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk or cream, and vanilla extract to make a smooth glaze.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
