Description

These air fryer Nutella French toast roll ups are a sweet, crispy, and gooey breakfast treat made with simple ingredients. Perfect for brunch or a quick indulgent morning bite.


Ingredients

  • 68 slices soft white or brioche bread
  • 68 tsp Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Butter or oil spray (for air frying)
  • Optional toppings: powdered sugar, fresh berries, whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Trim crusts from bread slices and flatten each one with a rolling pin.
  2. Spread 1 tsp Nutella near one edge of each slice and roll tightly into a log.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and a pinch of cinnamon.
  4. Dip each roll up into the egg mixture, coating all sides.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F and spray basket with oil or butter spray.
  6. Place roll ups seam-side down in the basket. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
