These air fryer Nutella French toast roll ups are a sweet, crispy, and gooey breakfast treat made with simple ingredients. Perfect for brunch or a quick indulgent morning bite.
Ingredients
- 6–8 slices soft white or brioche bread
- 6–8 tsp Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Butter or oil spray (for air frying)
- Optional toppings: powdered sugar, fresh berries, whipped cream
Instructions
- Trim crusts from bread slices and flatten each one with a rolling pin.
- Spread 1 tsp Nutella near one edge of each slice and roll tightly into a log.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Dip each roll up into the egg mixture, coating all sides.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F and spray basket with oil or butter spray.
- Place roll ups seam-side down in the basket. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a shallow dish. Roll warm roll ups in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve immediately with optional toppings if desired.
