Description

A refreshing and creamy iced caramel latte made with bold coffee, smooth milk, and sweet caramel, perfect for a quick café-style treat at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee or 12 shots espresso, cooled
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 1 cup ice
  • 12 teaspoons sugar (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew coffee or espresso and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Fill a glass with ice.
  3. Pour the cooled coffee over the ice.
  4. Add milk and stir to combine.
  5. Drizzle in caramel sauce and mix until fully blended.
  6. Taste and add sugar if additional sweetness is desired.
  7. Top with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of caramel sauce if desired.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use cold brew coffee for a smoother, less acidic flavor.
  • Substitute half-and-half for a richer, creamier drink.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt for a salted caramel variation.
  • Use dairy-free milk and caramel sauce to make it vegan.
  • Blend with ice for a frozen caramel coffee version.
