Ingredients

  • 36 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1/4 cup hot chocolate mix
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows or marshmallow bits
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles, for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a 9×13-inch dish. Chill while preparing layers.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar, then fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over crust.
