- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
- 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1/4 cup hot chocolate mix
- 1 cup mini marshmallows or marshmallow bits
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles, for topping
Instructions
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a 9×13-inch dish. Chill while preparing layers.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar, then fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over crust.
