Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice or white rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast or cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions if not already prepared.
  2. Steam broccoli until tender and chop into small pieces.
