Description

Juicy grilled steak kebabs with tender marinated beef and colorful vegetables, delivering bold smoky flavors and a satisfying meal perfect for grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add steak to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare vegetables by cutting them into similar-sized pieces.
  5. Thread steak and vegetables onto skewers, alternating pieces.
  6. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Grill kebabs for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak is cooked to desired doneness.
  8. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  9. Serve warm.
