Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms
Instructions
- Cut steak into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add steak to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare vegetables by cutting them into similar-sized pieces.
- Thread steak and vegetables onto skewers, alternating pieces.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill kebabs for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak is cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve warm.
