Description

A quick and flavorful Greek yogurt buffalo chicken wrap that’s creamy, tangy, and slightly spicy—perfect for a light meal or satisfying lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 3 tablespoons buffalo sauce
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 large tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup cheese (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, and Greek yogurt. Mix until well coated and creamy.
  2. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper if needed.
  3. Warm the tortilla wraps slightly to make them easier to roll.
  4. Place the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese if using.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll the wrap tightly.
  7. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie or leftover chicken for convenience.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spice level.
  • Add avocado or red onions for extra flavor.
  • Use whole wheat or spinach wraps for variation.
  • Store filling separately for up to 3 days.
  • Lightly toast the wrap for a warm, crispy texture.
