Ingredients
- 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash and slice berries if needed.
- Spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass or bowl.
- Add a layer of berries, followed by a layer of granola.
- Repeat the layers until the container is full, ending with berries and granola on top.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup, if using, and garnish with fresh mint.
Notes
- Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or vanilla extract to the yogurt for extra flavor.
- Use seasonal fruits like peaches, mango, or apples for variety.
- To keep granola crunchy, store separately and add just before serving.
