Description

Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait is a refreshing and protein-packed treat made with layers of creamy Greek yogurt, juicy berries, and crunchy granola. It’s quick to assemble and makes a nourishing breakfast, snack, or light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice berries if needed.
  2. Spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass or bowl.
  3. Add a layer of berries, followed by a layer of granola.
  4. Repeat the layers until the container is full, ending with berries and granola on top.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup, if using, and garnish with fresh mint.

Notes

  • Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or vanilla extract to the yogurt for extra flavor.
  • Use seasonal fruits like peaches, mango, or apples for variety.
  • To keep granola crunchy, store separately and add just before serving.
