- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)

- 1/2 cup orange juice or almond milk
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tsp fresh mint or grated ginger (optional)
Instructions
- Add grapefruit segments, banana, yogurt, and orange juice or almond milk to a blender.
- Add ice cubes, honey/maple syrup, and optional mint or ginger.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency as desired.
