Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are biscuit-wrapped bites stuffed with seasoned beef, melty cheese, and savory burger flavors. Finished with garlicky parmesan butter and baked until golden, they’re perfect as an appetizer, party snack, or a fun family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp mustard or ketchup (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or 8 small cubes of American cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped pickles (optional)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and mustard or ketchup if using. Let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
  5. Place 1 tbsp beef mixture and cheese in the center of each circle. Add pickles if desired.
  6. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic. Brush over biscuit bombs and sprinkle with parmesan.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

  • Use ground turkey or chicken as a leaner alternative.
  • Add jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy version.
  • Mix cheese types for a different flavor blend.
  • Assemble ahead and bake when ready to serve.
  • Best reheated in the oven for a crispy texture.
