Description
Garlic Parmesan cheeseburger bombs are savory, bite‑sized dough bundles filled with seasoned beef and melty cheese, brushed with garlic butter and topped with parmesan—perfect for parties, game days, or a fun dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 8 oz cheddar cheese or American cheese, cut into small cubes
- Refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough (about 8 servings worth)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
- Optional fillings: pickle slices or sautéed mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each piece of dough into a small circle. Spoon some beef mixture into the center and add a cube of cheese.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pinch the edges to seal, and roll into a smooth ball. Place seam‑side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each cheeseburger bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top and bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
- Add a slice of pickle inside each bomb for extra flavor.
- Use mozzarella, pepper jack, or Swiss cheese for variation.
- Mix jalapeños into the beef or add hot sauce to the garlic butter for a spicy twist.
- Make mini versions for bite‑sized appetizers.
- Ensure seams are tightly sealed and place bombs seam‑side down to prevent opening while baking.
