Description

Garlic Parmesan cheeseburger bombs are savory, bite‑sized dough bundles filled with seasoned beef and melty cheese, brushed with garlic butter and topped with parmesan—perfect for parties, game days, or a fun dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese or American cheese, cut into small cubes
  • Refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough (about 8 servings worth)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • Optional fillings: pickle slices or sautéed mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
  3. Flatten each piece of dough into a small circle. Spoon some beef mixture into the center and add a cube of cheese.
  4. Fold the dough over the filling, pinch the edges to seal, and roll into a smooth ball. Place seam‑side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each cheeseburger bomb.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top and bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

  • Add a slice of pickle inside each bomb for extra flavor.
  • Use mozzarella, pepper jack, or Swiss cheese for variation.
  • Mix jalapeños into the beef or add hot sauce to the garlic butter for a spicy twist.
  • Make mini versions for bite‑sized appetizers.
  • Ensure seams are tightly sealed and place bombs seam‑side down to prevent opening while baking.
