Description

These garlic herb butter lobster tails with lemon drizzle are a luxurious yet simple seafood dish. Sweet, tender lobster is basted with garlic herb butter and finished with a bright squeeze of lemon for a restaurant-quality meal at home.


Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails (fresh or thawed if frozen)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, thyme, or chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or set broiler for faster cooking.
  2. Butterfly lobster tails by cutting down the shell with kitchen shears and gently lifting the meat to rest on top.
