Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails (fresh or thawed if frozen)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, thyme, or chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or set broiler for faster cooking.
- Butterfly lobster tails by cutting down the shell with kitchen shears and gently lifting the meat to rest on top.
- Season lobster with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in garlic, herbs, olive oil, and lemon zest.
