Ingredients
- 1 lb sea scallops (cleaned and patted dry)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Arrange scallops in the baking dish. Drizzle with garlic butter, then top evenly with breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until scallops are opaque and topping is golden brown.
- Serve immediately with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
