Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley or Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tablespoon lemon juice or 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs.
- In a small saucepan or bowl, melt butter. Stir in minced garlic and olive oil.
- Place chicken breasts in the baking dish. Pour garlic butter mixture over the chicken, coating evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Spoon pan juices over the chicken before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley or a squeeze of lemon.
