Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley or Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon lemon juice or 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs.
