Ingredients
- 8 oz Cheese Ritz Bits (mini sandwich crackers)
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp dried oregano (optional)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Pinch of salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder, parsley, oregano (if using), and salt.
- Place Ritz Bits in a large mixing bowl and toss with the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway, until crisp and golden.
- Optional: sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while warm for extra flavor.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy version.
- Use Italian seasoning instead of parsley for a different flavor.
- Plain Ritz or broken crackers can also be used.
