Description

A vibrant mix of fresh fruit tossed in a tangy-sweet honey lime dressing for a refreshing, colorful salad that’s perfect for picnics, barbecues, or a light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and slice all fruit as needed, then place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
  3. Pour dressing over fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.

Notes

  • Add mango, peaches, or watermelon for variety.
  • Toss in chopped fresh mint for extra freshness.
  • Sprinkle chopped almonds or pecans on top for crunch.
  • Use maple syrup or agave instead of honey for a vegan version.
  • Include citrus juice in the dressing to help prevent browning.
