Ingredients
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 12 paper muffin liners or silicone molds
Instructions
- Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone liners.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the liners, filling each about halfway.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top (optional: stir some into the mixture).
- Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are firm.
- Remove from liners and store in a freezer-safe container.
