Description

These frozen Greek yogurt peanut butter bites with chocolate chips are a creamy, protein-rich snack that’s lightly sweet, tangy, and satisfying. Perfect for a quick treat straight from the freezer, they’re a wholesome way to indulge your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 12 paper muffin liners or silicone molds

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon the mixture evenly into the liners, filling each about halfway.
  4. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top (optional: stir some into the mixture).
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are firm.
  6. Remove from liners and store in a freezer-safe container.
