Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form bite-sized mounds.
  4. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
  5. Transfer frozen bites to an airtight container or zip-top bag and store in the freezer.

Notes
