Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form bite-sized mounds.
- Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Transfer frozen bites to an airtight container or zip-top bag and store in the freezer.
