Description

Easy Pan-Fried Peaches with Sugar and Cinnamon are a quick and cozy treat featuring ripe peaches caramelized in butter, sugar, and cinnamon. They’re perfect for topping desserts or enjoying on their own as a warm, spiced snack.


Ingredients

  • 23 ripe peaches, halved or sliced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar or brown sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Optional: pinch of nutmeg or splash of vanilla extract
  • Optional garnish: chopped walnuts or pecans, fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat until it begins to bubble.
  2. Place peaches cut side down in a single layer.
  3. Sprinkle sugar evenly over peaches, followed by cinnamon.
  4. Cook without stirring for 2–3 minutes, until the peaches start to caramelize.
  5. Flip each piece gently and cook another 2 minutes, spooning syrup over the tops.
  6. Add nutmeg or vanilla extract during the last minute if using.
  7. Remove from skillet, spoon syrup over, and garnish with nuts or mint if desired.
