Ingredients
- 2 cups ground chicken or shredded cooked chicken
- 4 hamburger buns
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 100g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- If using ground chicken, cook until browned and fully cooked. If using shredded chicken, add and warm through.
- Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth and fully combined.
- Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Mix in mozzarella cheese if using for extra creaminess.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste and simmer for a few minutes.
- Spoon the creamy chicken mixture onto hamburger buns.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
