Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (plus extra for spreading)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Optional: 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • Optional: 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
