Description

Banana-Strawberry Cheesecake Fantasy is a no-bake layered dessert that combines a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, banana pudding, and a fresh strawberry gelatin layer. Topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit, it’s a colorful, fruity, and indulgent treat that’s perfect for parties, summer gatherings, or anytime you want a refreshing cheesecake-inspired dessert.

Ingredients

  • For the crust:
    • Graham cracker crumbs
    • Melted butter
    • Granulated sugar
  • For the cheesecake layer:
    • Cream cheese, softened
    • Powdered sugar
    • Vanilla extract
    • Whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)
  • For the banana layer:
    • Instant banana pudding mix
    • Cold milk
    • Sliced fresh bananas
  • For the strawberry layer:
    • Fresh strawberries, chopped
    • Strawberry gelatin
    • Boiling water
    • Ice cubes (for quick set)
  • For topping:
    • Whipped topping
    • Sliced bananas and strawberries (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish and chill while preparing the filling.
  2. Cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over the crust.
  3. Banana layer: Whisk together banana pudding mix and cold milk. Let thicken for 2–3 minutes. Layer sliced bananas over cheesecake filling, then spread pudding on top.
  4. Strawberry layer: Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in ice cubes until slightly thickened, then fold in chopped strawberries. Gently pour over the banana layer.
  5. Topping: Chill dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, spread with whipped topping and garnish with fresh bananas and strawberries if desired.

Notes

  • For a milder flavor, substitute banana pudding with vanilla pudding.
  • For extra indulgence, add a thin layer of melted chocolate between the crust and cheesecake filling.
  • Individual servings in jars or cups make this recipe perfect for parties.
