Ingredients
Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
Cheese and Mushroom Filling:

- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Sauté mushrooms: In a skillet, sauté mushrooms with olive oil and garlic for 5 minutes until softened. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Let cool slightly.
