Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or crumbled feta
Instructions
- Place chicken tenders in a bowl or shallow dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour marinade over chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat or preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- For stovetop: Cook tenders 4–5 minutes per side until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For baking: Arrange on lined baking sheet and bake 15–18 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest a few minutes before garnishing and serving.
