Description

Juicy and flavorful Greek chicken tenders marinated in lemon, garlic, and Mediterranean spices, then cooked to perfection for a simple and satisfying dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional for serving:
  • Feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley
  • Tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken tenders and coat them thoroughly.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for at least 20–30 minutes.
  4. Heat a pan or grill over medium heat.
  5. Cook the chicken tenders for 4–5 minutes on each side until fully cooked and browned.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes.
  7. Serve with feta cheese, fresh parsley, and tzatziki sauce if desired.

  • Bake at 200°C (400°F) for an easy oven method.
  • Add yogurt to the marinade for extra tenderness and flavor.
