Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional for serving:
- Feta cheese
- Fresh parsley
- Tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken tenders and coat them thoroughly.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 20–30 minutes.
- Heat a pan or grill over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken tenders for 4–5 minutes on each side until fully cooked and browned.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve with feta cheese, fresh parsley, and tzatziki sauce if desired.
Notes
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for an easy oven method.
- Add yogurt to the marinade for extra tenderness and flavor.
- Skewer the tenders for a kebab-style presentation.
