A fun and indulgent twist on the classic campfire treat, deep-fried s’mores feature graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows wrapped in dough and fried to golden perfection.
Ingredients
- Graham crackers, broken into small pieces
- Large marshmallows
- Chocolate squares or chocolate chips
- Refrigerated crescent roll dough or wonton wrappers
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Break graham crackers into small pieces.
- Place a piece of graham cracker, a chocolate square, and a marshmallow in the center of a crescent dough or wonton wrapper.
- Wrap tightly and seal the edges completely to prevent leakage.
- Carefully lower each wrapped s’more into the hot oil and fry for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
Notes
- Try using peanut butter cups or banana slices for variations.
- Puff pastry can be used instead of crescent rolls.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in an oven or air fryer.
