Description

A fun and indulgent twist on the classic campfire treat, deep-fried s’mores feature graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows wrapped in dough and fried to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • Graham crackers, broken into small pieces
  • Large marshmallows
  • Chocolate squares or chocolate chips
  • Refrigerated crescent roll dough or wonton wrappers
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Break graham crackers into small pieces.
  3. Place a piece of graham cracker, a chocolate square, and a marshmallow in the center of a crescent dough or wonton wrapper.
  4. Wrap tightly and seal the edges completely to prevent leakage.
  5. Carefully lower each wrapped s’more into the hot oil and fry for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Try using peanut butter cups or banana slices for variations.
  • Puff pastry can be used instead of crescent rolls.
  • Best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in an oven or air fryer.
