Description

Cucumber Smoked Salmon Bites are fresh, no-cook appetizers made with crisp cucumber slices, silky smoked salmon, and a tangy cream cheese-herb topping. Light, elegant, and full of flavor, they’re perfect for brunch, parties, or quick snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber (sliced into ½-inch rounds)
  • 4 oz smoked salmon (thin slices, cut to fit cucumber rounds)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or chives, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: capers, red onion, lemon zest, everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumber into ½-inch thick rounds and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese with sour cream or Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, dill or chives, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pipe or spread a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber round.
  5. Top each with a piece of smoked salmon, folding gently for height and texture.
  6. Garnish with extra herbs, capers, or desired toppings before serving.

Notes

  • Best served fresh, but can be prepped 1 hour ahead and refrigerated.
