Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika or smoked paprika

Instructions

- Let cool slightly before serving to allow edges to crisp further.
