Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp dried herbs, or 1/2 tsp cinnamon for a sweet twist

Instructions
