Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut sweet potatoes into evenly sized thin fries.
- Toss fries with cornstarch to lightly coat each piece.

- Spread fries in a single layer on the baking sheet without crowding.
