- 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a skillet for frying.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Set up breading station with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
- Bake chicken on a wire rack or fry in a skillet until golden brown and cooked through (165°F / 74°C).
- Toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and optional lemon juice.
- Toast sandwich buns and spread with extra dressing.
- Assemble sandwich: place crispy chicken on the bun, top with dressed lettuce, add Parmesan, and finish with the top bun.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
