Description

Crispy Air Fryer Cauliflower is a fast, healthy, and flavorful snack or side dish made by air-frying seasoned cauliflower florets until golden and crunchy. It’s versatile, customizable, and perfect for a light and satisfying bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional toppings: 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, chili flakes, lemon juice, dipping sauce of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
  4. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden on the edges.
  5. Serve hot, optionally topped with Parmesan cheese, chili flakes, or a squeeze of lemon juice. Pair with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, coat cauliflower in panko breadcrumbs before air frying.
