Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons butter (plus 1 tablespoon for sauce)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

- Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce is creamy and slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Add cayenne or hot sauce for heat.
- Include mushrooms or spinach for added veggies.
- Swap in smoked paprika or cream cheese for richer flavor.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or warm rolls.
- Use thighs for a juicier cut of meat.
