Description

Crack Burgers are ultra-juicy, flavor-packed burgers with cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning mixed directly into the patties. They’re rich, indulgent, and totally irresistible—perfect for cookouts or satisfying weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 to 6 hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion, extra cheese, ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 to 6 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
