Description
Crack Burgers are ultra-juicy, flavor-packed burgers with cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning mixed directly into the patties. They’re rich, indulgent, and totally irresistible—perfect for cookouts or satisfying weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 to 6 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion, extra cheese, ranch dressing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
- Divide the mixture into 4 to 6 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and cheese inside is melted.
- Toast the hamburger buns lightly, if desired.
- Assemble burgers with your favorite toppings and serve hot.
Notes
- Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Add jalapeños or hot sauce to the mix for heat.
- Serve bunless in a lettuce wrap or over salad for a low-carb version.
- Top with a fried egg for a breakfast-style burger.
