Description

Cookie Butter Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries are juicy fresh strawberries filled with a creamy, spiced cookie butter cheesecake filling. These no-bake treats are rich, flavorful, and perfect for parties, gatherings, or an easy indulgent dessert.


Ingredients

  • 20 large fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup cookie butter (like Biscoff or Speculoos)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs (for garnish)
  • Optional: 2 oz melted chocolate, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Hull them by cutting out the stems and creating a hollow center using a paring knife or melon baller.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, cookie butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer filling to a piping bag (or zip-top bag with corner snipped) and pipe into the hollowed strawberries.
  4. Sprinkle tops with crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs for garnish.
  5. If desired, drizzle with melted chocolate and chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.
