Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round or loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually stir dry ingredients into wet mixture until fully combined and smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Add lemon or orange zest for a citrus twist.
- Mix in chocolate chips for a sweeter variation.
- Top with berries, whipped cream, or caramel sauce for a more decadent dessert.
