Ingredients
For Pancakes
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

Cinnamon Filling
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar

Cream Cheese Glaze
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare Cinnamon Filling: Mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Place in a bag and let rest.
- Prepare Pancake batter: Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, milk, oil, and egg until moistened.
- Prepare Cream Cheese glaze: Heat butter and cream cheese until melted. Whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Cook Pancakes: Pour batter on skillet, add cinnamon filling, flip when bubbles form, cook until browned. Keep warm in oven.
