Description

These Chocolate Marshmallow Swirl Cookies are rich, gooey, and packed with comforting chocolate flavor and sweet, melted marshmallow. They’re easy to make and perfect for cozy treats, parties, or anytime you crave something indulgent.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff or 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and milk until fully combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until a soft dough forms.
  6. Scoop cookie dough onto the baking sheet in rounded tablespoons.
  7. Top each cookie with a small spoonful of marshmallow fluff or a few mini marshmallows. Swirl lightly with a toothpick.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and centers are soft.
  9. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
