Ingredients

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp milk (optional, to adjust texture)
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and milk (if needed) to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa level if desired, blending again briefly.
- Transfer to bowls or jars and chill for 30 minutes for a firmer mousse or enjoy immediately.
- Top with optional garnishes before serving.
