Description

Cheesy Spaghetti Garlic Bread combines two classic comfort foods—garlic bread and spaghetti—into one indulgent dish. It features buttery, garlicky bread stuffed with cheesy spaghetti, baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup marinara or spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley or Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. If not using leftover spaghetti, cook the pasta and toss it with marinara sauce and some mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Slice the bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the center to create space for the filling.
  4. Melt the butter, then mix it with minced garlic and seasoning. Brush this mixture over the inside of the bread.
  5. Stuff the bread with the saucy spaghetti mixture, then top with more mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden and crisp.
  7. Let it cool slightly before slicing into servings and garnishing with parsley or additional cheese.

Notes

  • Use leftover spaghetti to save time and make this dish even easier to prepare.
  • For a protein boost, add cooked sausage or meatballs to the spaghetti.
  • For a spicier version, mix in red pepper flakes or use arrabbiata sauce.
  • Use garlic knots or smaller rolls for individual servings—perfect for parties.
  • For a vegetarian version, add sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or bell peppers to the spaghetti.
