- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Optional: breadcrumbs or extra cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, seasoning, salt, pepper, and optional hot sauce until smooth.
- Fold in shrimp, crab meat, green onions, cheddar, and mozzarella until well combined.
- Spoon mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with breadcrumbs or extra cheese if desired.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.

Notes
- Use canned crab meat if fresh isn’t available—just drain and check for shells.
- Sauté raw shrimp briefly before mixing if not pre-cooked.
- Mix in chopped spinach, artichokes, or jalapeños for added flavor and texture.
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
- Make ahead and refrigerate unbaked mixture up to 24 hours before baking.
