Description

Celery juice is a crisp, hydrating drink made from fresh celery and optional lemon juice. It’s a refreshing way to start the day and packed with natural nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh celery stalks (washed and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup water (if using blender)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • Ice (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the celery into smaller pieces.
  2. If using a juicer, process the celery and collect the juice.
  3. If using a blender, blend the celery with water until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp.
  4. Stir in lemon juice if desired.
  5. Serve over ice and drink immediately for best flavor and benefits.

Notes

  • Add cucumber for a milder flavor and extra hydration.
  • Blend in green apple or ginger for sweetness or warmth.
  • Mint or parsley adds a fresh herbal twist.
  • Try apple cider vinegar or turmeric for a detox boost.
  • Use organic celery if possible.
