Ingredients
- 4–5 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup water (if using blender)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small piece fresh ginger (optional)
- 1 apple or 1/2 cucumber (optional, for sweetness or lighter flavor)
Instructions
- For juicer: Run carrots, spinach, ginger, and optional apple or cucumber through a juicer. Stir in lemon juice and serve immediately.
- For blender: Add carrots, spinach, water, and any optional ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Strain through a mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp. Stir in lemon juice.
- Serve chilled or over ice. Enjoy fresh for best flavor and nutrients.
