Description

Carrot Spinach Juice is a vibrant, nutrient-rich drink made with fresh carrots, spinach, lemon juice, and optional fruit or ginger. It’s a naturally sweet and refreshing juice perfect for a detox, morning boost, or daily dose of greens.

Ingredients

  • 45 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup water (if using blender)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1 apple or 1/2 cucumber (optional, for sweetness or lighter flavor)

Instructions

  1. For juicer: Run carrots, spinach, ginger, and optional apple or cucumber through a juicer. Stir in lemon juice and serve immediately.
  2. For blender: Add carrots, spinach, water, and any optional ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Strain through a mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp. Stir in lemon juice.
  3. Serve chilled or over ice. Enjoy fresh for best flavor and nutrients.

Notes

  • Add celery or cucumber for extra hydration.
  • Use apple, orange, or pineapple to sweeten naturally.
  • Add turmeric or cayenne for a spicy, anti-inflammatory twist.
  • Blend with almond milk or protein powder for added protein.
  • Strain for juice or drink as-is for a fiber-rich smoothie.
