Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch (optional)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk or buttermilk
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Oil for frying
- 12 oz twisted pasta (rotini, cavatappi, or fusilli)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
- Season chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In one bowl, whisk egg and milk; in another, mix flour and cornstarch.
- Dip chicken into egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture.
- Fry chicken in hot oil until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add buffalo sauce and stir well.
- Toss fried chicken bites in buffalo garlic sauce until coated.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream, Cajun seasoning, and ranch seasoning. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley if desired.
