Description

Bubblegum Marshmallow Fudge is a playful, no-bake treat featuring a smooth white chocolate base infused with bubblegum flavor, soft mini marshmallows, and colorful candy pieces. Perfect for parties, bake sales, or whimsical homemade gifts.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons bubblegum flavor extract
  • Pink gel food coloring (a few drops, optional)
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup colorful candy pieces (mini M&Ms, rainbow sprinkles, or chopped gumballs)
  • Optional: additional candy or sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and condensed milk. Stir constantly until smooth (about 5 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in bubblegum extract and pink food coloring until evenly tinted.
  4. Quickly fold in mini marshmallows and candy pieces. Do not overmix to prevent melting.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Add extra candy or sprinkles if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  7. Lift fudge from the pan using parchment and cut into small squares. Serve and enjoy!
