Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons bubblegum flavor extract
- Pink gel food coloring (a few drops, optional)
- 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup colorful candy pieces (mini M&Ms, rainbow sprinkles, or chopped gumballs)
- Optional: additional candy or sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and condensed milk. Stir constantly until smooth (about 5 minutes).
- Remove from heat. Stir in bubblegum extract and pink food coloring until evenly tinted.
- Quickly fold in mini marshmallows and candy pieces. Do not overmix to prevent melting.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Add extra candy or sprinkles if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
- Lift fudge from the pan using parchment and cut into small squares. Serve and enjoy!
